Is it permissible for me to perform Hajj? Answer: There is no objection to making the Hajj pilgrimage to Mecca, but due to your debt which has not been paid as yet, your Hajj would not be considered Hajjat al-Islam (obligatory Hajj).

Question: Is Khums payable on the money which I have lent to my friend? Answer: If a year has passed over it, Khums should be paid from it, if the money may be paid back to you.
